Found this Board-It is Awesome!
I've been around Stangs for a while, as you can see by the various links I set up for past and present cars...just click and enjoy the slideshows.
What I have seen here while lurking and posting is that this is a true MUSTANG community that treats each person and their car with respect.
Thank YOU, Brad and the members, for creating a safe, fun and special Mustang Enthusiast website. Truly well Done.
1st Mustang: 1968 Gold Nugget Special. It was the first one found and Kevin Marti did a lot of work in the beginning of his quest to help me decode this car. One of just 481. Published in Mustang Monthly and MCA times. http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n182/themustangkid/1968%20Gold%20Nugget%20Special/?action=view¤t=RareFindsArticle.jpg&slidesho w=true&interval=3
2nd Mustang: Shelby GT500, #68-0791. A local car that was a barn find. Thought to be lost, but a preservation style restoration put it back on the road...and the SAAC registry map. http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n182/themustangkid/GT500%20Number%2068-0971%20Lost%20Shelby/?action=view¤t=PassengerFront68-0791LostShelby.jpg&slideshow=true&interval=3
3rd Mustang: 1969 Mach 1...So clean, so nice...yet I let it go to a midwest ford dealer who put it in the showroom for a year to promote the S197 Stang. http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n...rue&interval=3
4th Mustang: Waiting for me is a hard thing to do, and waiting for the S197 Mach 1 just took way to long. My friend helped me this spring to create my tribute to the 69 Mach 1 in the form of this 2005 Conversion...click in my signature.
Thanks for looking....old or new...mustangs are the breed that keeps the herd moving in the right direction!
