Exclamation Fellow Mustang Lover

Helllllllllooooo everyone! Won't say my government name but my friends call me trae or trey. Here to resolve an issue. My friend has a 2011 Mustang Convertible & he said like two or three days ago he was driving letting up the back triangle glasses both at the same time & the rear passenger stopped halfway while the other rolled atw up. We've did the basic things & still stumped. We ended up trying to take it the window actuator out I.e rolled it up manually. Didn't work, the top wont go down ( pressing the down button doesn't work ) so therefore we couldn't fix the windows. We've checked the fuses & replaced some don't recall which ones exactly but didn't fix it. Also attempted the manual key ignition trick, another fail. Stuck any suggestions??? Thanks in advance & I hope you have a good day.

Welcome aboard! Also consider selecting the search thread option located on the upper right hand corner of the home page... Then type in "Only quarter rear window (convertible) no power" then select ok...
You will then come across a display list of threads which are directly related... Look over each thread which should help provide the answers your searching for towards a solution...
