'08 Convertible rear window issue

Good evening! Let me start by saying I am far from a mechanic, so I'm hoping this is a simple fix.

The rear passenger window will not go up. When I pull up on the window switch it will go up about an inch, pause and then go back down. I tried to help it up while lifting on the switch but it was still pulled down.

Trying to find another thread before posting I did see a suggestion to press the switch down 3 times, however, because the window is down, I don't have any way to grab it. I'm hoping not to have to take it apart in order to fix this because as I said, I'm not a mechanic and not really skilled.

Any suggestions (after laughing at me) will be greatly appreciated. Also, feel free to phrase any instructions as if you're explaining it to a toddler.

Thanks!

Thank you! I thought I had fixed that when I gave you the like. I must be more exhausted after Monday part II than I thought. Clearly not only am I not a mechanic but far from a Rhodes scholar as well.
