Just a quick hey from Miramar, Fl. I work at a performance shop, specialize in Mustangs. I've had my share of them, stangs, t-birds even merkurs. I currently own a 2011 white gt premium which I love. Gotta say though, I'm also a member of the "I have a broken #8 club and Ford voided my warranty" club.

 

Welcome to TMS, sucks to hear about the #8 though. Was you running a tune, and if so by who?

 

Yes I had/have a street tune. I'd rather not say by whom, just say it wasn't a no name tune. I'm confident it wasn't the tune though. I'm trying to find a stock piston/rod assembly to drop it in until i finish getting the parts for a complete build
