So true

And the only thing better than that is what Lee does. Grow it and cook it yourself.

Yea i dont have enough space to grow what would support my appetite lol

But i do admire those that can fully sistain themselves for the most part. Now if you grow and cook your own food AND make your own alcohol, that would just be livin easy

Man the sales on meat were great last week. They say beef hit record price but here it was as low as it's been the past few years. Problem is I out bought my freezer.
I already had beef stew and shrimp fried rice in the works, but then I had all this meat. So beef stew is for lunch (2qts in freezer), prawns were thawed so I made the rice, while firing up the grill. Cooked off (degreased) a rack of beef ribs that went into the crock pot and frig for overnight, finished up cooking burgs (some of that fit in the freezer). Finally done at 1 am. Worked my butt off in the kitchen the last two nights. Crock pot will finish the ribs for tonight.

So I'm having beef for dinner (& lunch) that's what. lol

Then the pork ribs cause they're good in the frig till 6.2.

Wild Brown Rice, with carrot slivers and broccoli pieces, and some chicken mixed in. Lil' pepper, butter, and cumin. Tastiness.

Had ground round burgers and Conecuh dogs on the grill. Also had a chocolate MoonPie today, first one I've had in a long time and it was delicious. I'd like to have a banana one now.
