What're you doing?
Canning. The last few days it has been 18 pints of tomato sauce and 14 pints of chopped tomatoes. Last week it was 12 pints of strawberry jam. Before that it was 4 pints of mango chutney and earlier this year lemon curd. Somewhere in there we also canned some beef broth and some chicken broth. Along the way we also produced two batches (two fifths each) of limoncello and one of arancello. All good stuff, and we KNOW what's in it. Yeah, we love to cook.
