Trying to find a way out of gym, I have a heart valve problem, but I need it in writing, wtf? You can even put your ear to my chest and hear blood trickling back through the sized valve.

Water and antibacterial stuff. After smashing it in the pool filter cover and reading stories about all the country stars going into septic shock and losing their fingers, I'm slightly paranoid...
