I like it, have used it for years. I do alter it a little. I use everything in the box except for the flour. I use 2lbs of ground round and season it with some onion powder and garlic powder while its browning, I use a 15 oz can of tomato sauce instead of 8 oz, I add some extra chili powder and a few pinches of crushed red pepper and I add 2 cans of Luck's pinto beans. I also add more water than it calls for then let it simmer longer than it calls for to reduce down.

Molasses
bottle of Corona
red beans
navy beans
pinto beans
black beans
kidney beans
smoked paprika
chopped fresh jalpeno pepper
garlic sea salt
fresh garlic
various powdered peppers
I make a huge pot, lots of meat and beans so the stuff is thick like cement. I low simmer it for a couple of hours, and then 30 minutes before I shut 'er down, I take a pinch of every single ingredient and give it a flavor burst for another 30 minutes. I got that trick from Emeril.
Next time I'm gonna do the same with chicken and smoked sausage instead of ground beef.
I'm also thinking of making chili with fresh kielbasi from a local Polish butcher.

Waiting to see how long it takes for someone to appear and post a bunch of **** about how great Amsoil is and how Bob the oil guy is the greatest thing evaaaaarrrr. Gotta get a bunch of tests and oil analysis's done or your car will just seize up. Funny. I've have 20-30 high performance Mustangs over the years with no Amsoil, and no analyzing of the oil and they all kicked *** and never locked up and dropped dead. My dad and I have built more motors than I can count on my hands and toes of all brands, and none of them had **** sent to bob and none of them had Amsoil, but they all were brutal and none of them ever died from anything oil related.
