Our archery season covers that but I never got into it. I would love to but just always a crazy busy time of year for me! I did manage to bag a few that were still pretty 'horned' up! :-)

our rifle season misses the rut too. I think most rifle seasons are geared toward that. Our archery is October through the first weekend in January. The rut is the middle of October.

Most definitely & the thing is an icebox on wheels...my mustang is warmer on its coldest day. Been out to the garage to fire it up just to hear her purr twice already since i put her away november 1st. I really need to move south.
