The guest house has a **** 10-ft tall shower setup to be a steam shower. It's small, which I think is awesome because it is easy maintenance, and the living room is the perfect size to fit a 120" projection screen, and an awesome canvas to dip into home automation. It's going to be awesome. Pic related, pic of the guest house before they put tile in. They are still about thirty days out on everything, starting to button it up. The builder is not one of those companies that just puts up a bunch of houses, he does a few houses here or there and runs another oil related company; he was originally building the house for himself from what we've talked to him.
