What're you doing?
It's kind of an odd situation, but it is actually purchasing a house with my parents, right next door to the house that my sister is buying, all in the current part of my town that is "thriving" and where all the new development is happening as far as new buildings and businesses. The house has a guest house in the back, that would be my own personal bachelor pad, with side entry direct from the garage. The main house has a lot of awesome features like tall cellings and doors everywhere(including the guest house), an actual room sized safe, prewired for a network camera system, all the entertainment systems are prewired, a bathtub that fills from the celing, etc. And it's going to have a firepit and fountain in the back yard that is already setup through the gas and water system through the slab. The guest house has a **** 10-ft tall shower setup to be a steam shower. It's small, which I think is awesome because it is easy maintenance, and the living room is the perfect size to fit a 120" projection screen, and an awesome canvas to dip into home automation. It's going to be awesome. Pic related, pic of the guest house before they put tile in. They are still about thirty days out on everything, starting to button it up. The builder is not one of those companies that just puts up a bunch of houses, he does a few houses here or there and runs another oil related company; he was originally building the house for himself from what we've talked to him.
Ordered a helmet.

Eh. Not a fan of the Simpson helmets. They're big, bulky, and old when you can get the new, sleek, and modern styles from other makers. To me they seem to be the NASCAR of the helmet world.
I went with a Simpson skull helmet. It's lightweight, comfortable and certified. It does the job.
Actually I don't own a helmet. They're for pussies.
Trying to scare off coyotes.
