Or pallets. Needs some big rocks in the center to build the fire on so there is some updraft. Otherwise it will be a smoke pit.

Nope. They do have hot dogs with GF buns though. I go for the atmosphere and sight seeing (aka people watching ) more than the food though. I guess that would explain why I'm starving!

If ww had a deep fryer I'm sure I could make them myself, but we don't.

I've got one that I never use, just too much trouble to get it out, all the oil it takes, etc. only to use it one time for a few things.
