I just got New Super Mario Bros. for the DS... awesome game, very entertaining. It's gotten me frustrated at moments (cant get to those secret levels!), but thats what a good game does.
I can't wait for Mario Hoops 3 on3 next week!

The secret levels are a PITA. Brian got them for me because I tend to get ****ed and throw around my DS when things frustrate me- I even learned some new curse words from it.

i found out we can play as the great, incredible Luigi by holding L and R when choosing your saved game

i've always liked mario better. Luigi just seems like the danny devito character from the movie twins. (i know hes taller then mario but he seems less talented.)
i think it was mario Bros 2 that ruined his image for me...slow, legs foiling in the air when he jumped...couldn't pull things out of the ground worth a darn.

Luigi can jump like nobody's business!
He is a bit lighter (more fit) than mario. No problem... gives him the edge to pin point where he wants to land.
And he is a bit faster than Mario
