I suck at most driving games.
I suck at driving in Saints Row too.

My Favorite driving game ever was NFS most wanted.

And I would KILL for someone to bring Twisted metal back in a manner that doesn't ruin the game.

 

Lego Star Wars II is the bomb diggity, but the ending cut scene of the Jedi level ****ed me off.

SPOILER ALERT Young Anakin!!!! Never mind the fact that Sir Shaw was a very accomplished actor and would've made a kickass Lego character Highlight if you want to see it.

Personally I'm happily awaiting R6:Vegas and GoW.

i have been playing Godfather 360 for the past few days... ****ed thing has crashed on me 6 times. it is a sweet game when it works though

 

hrm... godfather and saints row are in my next gamefly batch. I'm almost done with LSW2, just trying to get to 100% completion, but it's taking a loooong time

 

Did you get your X-Box 360 when it was first released?
Many of them have gone south and crashed. Microsoft finally did the right thing and extended the warranty on the first batch of 360's until the end of the year.

Oh, and if anyone did get their first batch Microsoft fixed, they will refund your money

 

i got mine very early, but it has been running like a champ and has only ever crashed once before. and the batch mine was in hasnt had any problems as far as i know. i could check again.

 

There are poorly written games out there that crash. I rented NCAA football 07 and both me (early 360) and my friend (newer 360) have the same crashes with different 360's and different discs of the game. The way it crashes is odd, it freezes, then reports the disc unreadable even though it is in pristine condition. No other game has given me a problem except the loading screens on oblivion would hang once and a while.

 

My saints row keeps crashing.
When driving, the car disappears, and the game locks up. The people sit there in an invisible car, and I have to reboot the Xbox.

 

hmm.. always when in the car? and is the xbox in a well ventilated area?

 

Well ventilated and it has a cooling fan which we keep on. ONLY happens when you jack a car and have homies. Its not a common thing, but it does happen to me.

So Far its the only game we have that messes up.

 

Which cooling fan? As good as it is, there's been a lot of reports of the Intercooler by Nyko actually causing "rings of death" and lock ups.

 

So.... Don't jack a car when you have homies!

I bought TOCA Race Driver 3 last Friday.

Pretty good game for $17. Only thing I hate is that it looks like all cars have same handling. But, its worth $17.

 

Cool...Might pick that game up eventually...right now I'm tryin' to get that Xbox 360.....about3/4 there ...I going to sucker mom in on the "early christmas gift" thing .....that worked last year with my guitar

 

I was once addicted to Cabelas north american 29. NOW I want Alaskan adventures for the Xbox.

Currently I am spending too much time playing Uno on ranked servers- and I joined a chick clan on Xbox live.

 

The sims 2 released a new add on last week. I haven't even played the Xbox and we got Test Drive for it too.
