I got Max a little cat bed to nap on when hes in my office, and after I got it home I realized the outside material is a hound's tooth pattern. The irony made me chuckle a bit.

Heat index was 106* today and apparently Max had enough of it. Opened the door to go out and he must have been waiting because he shot right in as soon as it was cracked. Made it about four feet inside and just collapsed on the cool floor like it was all the energy he had left. 
He did raise up long enough to see what I was doing with the camera, must not have been impressed since a yawn was all I got before he laid back down, lol.
