Nice sunny warm spring day. Max has been lounging around soaking up the rays. I can't believe how much this cat has grown since he got here and its only been a month. They said he was about 8 months old when I had him fixed so I thought he wouldn't get a lot bigger. 
He still slobbers all over the place when you pet his head and neck and hes really into it, especially if hes sitting in your lap. And purrs louder than any cat I've ever heard. You can hear him halfway across the room when hes really happy and content.

He wasn't really into it, he wanted to go lay down in the sun. 
He's usually more jacked up than that, he was really lazy this afternoon and wanted to lay in the sun. Hes squatting a bit in the back in that pic, he was getting ready to jump down to go lay on the bricks.

Max approves of the new mower. He spent about 20 minutes slowly creeping around it sniffing everything and touching it with his paw, kept rolling the wheels on the deck, then finally hopped up on it and laid down.
Maybe they need a commercial. "4 out of 5 cats prefer Cub Cadet............for napping".

I'll be hauling out the john deere to cut the grass tomorrow and Tag will undoubtedly try to drop all of his toys in my path, like an evil pre-teen curious about death LOL
