I love mine when I'm walking around campus and stuff. I was looking around ebay a little while back, just to see how much mine were worth, and they're listing for at least what I paid for them back in the day. I was looking for some O-ROKR Pro's, but I'd be worried about whether the battery still charges or not.

 

Those thumps hold their value, but then again arent they discontinued??

 

Yeah. Not sure when they stopped making them, but I think the last ones they made were the Split Thumps.

 

Just wasnt' sure if there was a lifetime warranty or limited.

If they will fix them for me, I have no problem sending them back.

Should call their customer service line.

 

GF went shopping today, and surprised me with some black/red Scalpels for an early anniversary gift. Odd thing though...They're from Sunglass Hut, and they've been personalized. They have "Stoner27" etched into the lenses. Not sure why Sunglass Hut would have customized lenses at all...

Is it bad that I want a pair of Oakley safety glasses for work and shooting? I really like the ones they offer for the military, but can't get a set.

I'll sell you some white Fast Jackets with Persimmon Lenses. I've heard they're good for shooting. I had to buy the white frames to get the transition lenses that I wanted.

do you guys value new oakley's less now that they are owned and made by Luxottica like most of the sunglasses on the market? For me they are not even close to worth their list price.

Not at all. I buy them for the higher quality and standards that they set for themselves, regardless of who owns them. Nor do i drink any less beer, because Budweiser is owned by inbev.

I just ordered some jimarti glasses they will work until I can buy Oakley's
