Update: 3/21/14

Alright guys... I haven't been posting on this thread in a while. I apologize. I picked up a few things since then, namely more lanyards, shirts, and my new twentys. Before I post those though, here's my latest "accident".

Went to MOA in Minneapolis this weekend for a mini family getaway. Picked up the following "accidentally"

Works collection backpack, grey red
3 lanyards: grenadine, utility blue, and shadow
Red Oakley soft vault case
And my current new fave, the new Valve, in dark gray with emerald iridium polarized lenses. These puppies were sooooooo comfy. I wore them over 4 hours during the drive back. No head pinching, etc. love the cool subdued look too.

What new stuff have y'all been getting?

=================================
Drove this mustang vert rental to the Oakley vault and picked all these up at a ridiculous steal of a deal....

I can't wait to get LASIK. I think I was informed last time I went to the doc, a pair of prescription Oakley's was gonna be over $500. Ridiculous!

Sweet deal. I always want to buy some from the Oakley Vault online, but I'm always scared that I won't like the fit. There's some good deals, but I like to try them on before I buy them. Nice to see that I'm not the only crazy guy collecting Oakley sunglasses. Most people think I'm nuts...

That's the thing.... They were ALL on sale ... None of the glasses were more than 70 each... Normal close to 200.

Definitely a nice collection. I'll have to post mine up later. My most frequently worn are:
Minutes (driving)
Flak Jackets (general use)
Gascan 3D (theaters)
Thump Pros (walking around campus)

I want to start collecting watches too. I just don't have that kind of money to throw around yet.

Same here... I still have a pair of my 'blade' style Oakley's somewhere... Sadly, most of the newer thick plastic ones don't really fit my head right, but I do currently have a pair of the polarized 'Tightrope' sunglasses. I love them! I'll have to check out one of those Vault places!

I like those too! Similar to the tightrope, but better choices of lenses, IMO. If I remember right, they fit a bit weird on me too, cause I think those were the first ones I was looking at (cause I liked the different colored lenses)...

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a collection. I've got A wires, X Squared polarized, Why 8.1s, Conducts, and Crosshairs right now, not to mention some clothing of theirs. Its nice having a store about an hour from here. Looking at a set of Plaintiff Squared polarized for this year.

How do JiMarti glasses compare to oakley? The JiMarti glasses are about $20-$30 a pair and have a lifetime warranty and replace them for free if they break. I was thinking of getting the JiMarti glasses for the price difference

You can't really compare the two companies. Oakley is more of a style thing and they are better quality. I'd go jimarti if you are on a budget and don't want to buy Walmart sunglasses. Check out midwest shades. I started a collection from them(they are really cheap and they seem nice). Plus they sponsor mustang week at myrtle beach.

If I had the money to buy Oakley's I would but for now I think I'll try out the jimarti glasses. Where can you get midwest shades at?
