Satin Clear Coat?

So is there such an animal as a flat or satin clear coat in a rattle can? I know I've seen it as just paint but can't seem to find a rattle can version, or is there a reason why can it not be made into an aerosol?

They make it for ceramics and things like that, but for car finishes, Im not sure. When I did my tail light covers I used flat black paint and regular clear coat. It gave it more of a satiny look which was what I was looking for.
