Resizing Pictures?

I bought a new computer and loaded my software for my camera. I have a Nikon Coolpix 4300 and on my old computer I used abode photoshop to resize the pictures for internet posts. My new computer doesn't have it and now how do I adjust the image size. I am a computer dim-wit so expalin like I am a 4 year old.

You can resize pictures in Paint. Ctrl+w is Resize and Skew or Ctrl+E is Attributes.

I think the best utility for this application is the plugin from microsoft for win-xp that allows you to resize images by right clicking them right from windows explorer. I use photoshop all the time as well but if you are resizing for posting or e-mailing this is the ticket!
