New Website

I just built my my first website and I'd like to share it with you.
http://www.modernponycars.com is the link, feel free to join the forum!
The site is about the entire Pony Car genre and I hope to make it a place for owners of Mustangs, Camaros and Mopars to hang out.

The one thing I would change before it gets popular, would be the forum. What you're using is ok for local boards, but if you want to gain national exposure, you need to use vBulletin, and make it customized. Take a look around all the different forums and note things that you like, and things you'd change, and incorporate that into your site. vBulletin has a lot more customization and is just overall more professional. Other than that, looks good for a first attempt.

I would definitely agree with Steve. If you anticipate the forum growing to a decent size, Vbulletin is the way to go. phpbb and some of the other ones out there cant handle the size and traffic that VB can. We ran IPB (invision power board) for years, and while I like it better than VB as far as admin controls, customizing and all, we reached its max limit and it just couldnt hold up. Swapped to VB and we've been good since, with a few hiccups of course, what forum hasnt had problems.
