You are welcome Nate! I hope this helps in some small way to ease what you must be going thru. You are still in the thoughts and prayers of all of us.

I just hope we can do a little to help you out Nate. I would wish what you are going through on my worst enemy, much less a valued member of the Mustang community. Take care Nate and best wishes.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not send any donations to me or my Paypal past Sunday, August 12th, 2007. If anyone wants help further, please contact Nate directly.

I need to get this wrapped up so that I can get the donations to a vendor. I will wait until Friday 8/17/07 for the mail to clear as I know at least one person has said they've mailed a check to me. So if anything needs to hit the mailbox, please make sure it goes out Monday morning and that all Paypal transfers are done by then as well.

I want to thank everyone for their contributions as I think this is one of the most heartwarming things I've ever seen on the internet and am glad to have been a part of it. Thanks stepping up and helping provide the flowers,
and thank you for allowing me your trust to make sure this happens.

Nate, I read your post where you said this isn't necessary. We know it's not, but hearing your story and seeing your boy touched us all. We're very sorry for your loss, hope the flowers were beautiful, and hope you purchase something for your car that reminds you of Logan and the support you have from all of us. Finally, thank you for your service to our country. We may have given some money, but you give us and our children pride, protection, and peace. Thank you, and we hope that knowing we care helps you and your wife through this difficult time.

Please let us know which TMS sponsor you would like me to send the donations to.
Bump on this since it appears people may still be sending stuff.

If you still want to do it, do it now. I've received the only known mailed donation from BlueNotch and am ready to get everything out my account and into Nate's. I'll post again when I transfer the money, so if you can get it paypal'd before then it's cool.

Nate - please check your PM's and let me know which TMS sponsor you want me to get the donations to. Thanks, and I hope you and your wife are doing well.

Sent this PM to Nate:
Hey Nate,
I hope what we're doing is helping you out a little. Please let me know asap where you want the donations to go. It looks like the total donations are $436.00 - $113.00 (flowers) = $323.00 gift certificate. FYI - I'm taking care of everyone's PayPal fees so that their full donation goes directly to the fund.
Let me know and take care,

John

If anyone's curious, the total PayPal fees were $18.69 so far.

I should be able to swing a little extra of my own money to help out. hopefully we can raise enough here to pull it off. once again you guys are the best!

Guys, please understand that the fees PayPal charges are now in excess of $20.00. I'm not going to be able to continue to cover the fees. Please PM him directly if you continue to want to help. I appreciate your understanding.

Nate, please let me know asap which vendor you would like me to send the donations to. I'm sure you've got a lot on your mind, but I think everyone will be more comfortable knowing that the money is where it belongs and not in my account.

This 'effort' has been a bigger success than I ever imagined. Thanks to everyone, and continued wishes for Nate and family.

I've removed my paypal addy from the original post. I appreciate your understanding.

Hey Nate,

Please let us know where you want the money to go. I know you're hoping a vendor is going to throw some extra your way, but if not I need to know where to get the money to. Here's the main 3 vendors, and a quick 'IMO' about them from what I've read.

Brenspeed - biggest selection
BamaChips - best tunes
SilverHorseRacing - best quality custom products and service

Please let me know tomorrow who you choose, or a different TMS sponsor. I'm sure you've got a lot going on, but if we don't hear from you by Friday, then I'm going to need to make some arrangement to get everyone's money out of my account. I'll probably call Brenspeed, since he seems to have the biggest variety of products, and see if I can set something up there for you.

This was the promise made to everyone who trusted me to take the donations, and I want to live up to the expectations. Thanks for your understanding.
