n8rfastback lost his son. lets do something for his family

As some of you know n8rfastback has recently lost his newborn son. Many members have been praying for his son Logan to pull through. I would like to try and arrange for something to be done for Nates Family. I don't know Nate personally, but I think many on this forum share my feeling of sympathy for him, and his Wife and family. I am not quite sure how to arrange it, but I would like to send some flowers from the forum members, or arrange a donation. Does anyone have any idea how we could accomplish this?

Sounds like a thought. Flowers wouldn't be to hard, they can be ordered anywhere and sent anywhere. You would just need Nate's address. We should get with Brad or one of the other Mod's to arrange a donation.

I was planning a 'welcome' basket for his son when things were looking up. I was also going to contact a mod to help arrange so that we weren't just sending money to people over the internet.

How about a Mustang pedal car from Ford? Atleast he could enjoy the car, I am not sure if he has other children but just a thought?

I noticed in his signature he does not list many aftermarket parts. Maybe a gift certificate to bamachips, or fordracing.com or something like that?? Nothing like a Mustang parts spending spree to cheer up the most heartbroken. (at least in my case)

Maybe tilmanspeed, bamachips, or another one of these shops can set up a donations box for it. otherwise flowers, or donations to help them with funeral expenses would be appropriate.

"well, we will be having a visitation tomorrow night from 6-8 at cutler o'neil funeral home in council bluffs ia."

This was quoted from his thread asking for prayers. I am going to try to find a flower shop in council bluffs that we can set up a buy with.

Faber I'll help out if we can somehow set-up a viable form of money collection. We could also send him cards in the mail with donation money that way he and his wife gets the money.

We need his address....

One of the guys that I work with just lost his 16 year old son and what we all did was chip in and have dinner delivered to his family for the week. It may seem simple, but sometimes just have a good meal can make a difference.

Just a thought....
