looks pretty good so far, I'd make the transition from pic to word a little quicker, and make the "us" in "muscle" the same. I know how you wanted to incorportate the colors, use an icon, or picture to go along with it, keeping it all one font and color makes it seem more professional. If you have photoshop or something similar, I'd take a picture of a waving flag, stretch it out, and put your type over it. It's really easy to get sidetracked by what you can do, sometimes rather than what you should do, so keep that in mind. My first website was really eccletic, because I tried to put in bunches of different things that I could do, and it never really looked the way I wanted. But definately keep at it

that's pretty cool, but I think it works on two points: it's the same font, size and all, and it's not really a main focus, so it's one of those subtle things that you discover as you look closer, which is big, kinda thinking something like this

That's cool, I'll just try and incorporate a Canadian flag into it.

Matching the font was the hard part, I just tried twisting it.

I'm still working on it, I should have the main page up and the "intro" corrected.
If you have any ideas tell me!
