I just purchased this new Nacho Cheese by Juanita's Food... it is horrible.
I thought since I bought it at a mostly Mexican market and it was called Juanita's it would taste like authentic nacho cheese. It tastes like crap.

I'm going to give it a couple of more tries, but it was very underwhelming and tasted like that 7-Eleven slop

Imma stick with my Ortega Que Bueno! nacho cheese.

Im craving Bayou Chicken w/ a side of crawfish etouffee from www.cajunsteamer.com.

Its listed as "A boneless breast of chicken stuffed with shrimp and crab stuffing, topped with a crawfish louie sauce and 1 side."

I think that will be lunch today as a matter of fact.

had it for lunch and **** was it good.

Its another perk for living in the southeast, Lousianna style cooking runs rampant through the whole region and I love it.
