Carrot cake sucks. If I wanted a cake made out of carrots I'd be a rabbit.

Chocolate cake FTW! Screw the vegetables.

Ive had sushi "fried" in a tempura batter. One of my favorites makes a hurricane roll. Heres the description "Crawfish, cream cheese, crabstick, hot & sweet sauce" But they dont list that its deep fried in a tempura batter.

This is it in the back left corner on the plate.

Still no thanks. I don't care for Asian food.

too raw?! Those were soaked in a special brine I do for 12 hours prior to going on the smoker for 6.5hours. The pink you see around the edges isnt raw, thats the smoke ring, basically the distance the smoke constantly penetrated the meat. They were acctually cooked past the FDA recommended temp of 165, I cook all pork to 175 usually but doing the brine and all, it keeps them moist as can be. Sorry for the novel, i take my smoking seriously

Edit: Oh yeah, there wasnt any blood in those.
