Sushi Yes ! when I go diving I always get a few milk crates of sea Urchin drop them off to my Japanese friend and trade for Saki/ sushi or steak & lobster ummmm

Common misconception Nathan, not all sushi is fish and not all of the fish used is raw. ive had everything from in sushi rolls from shrimp, crawfish, no meat what so ever to even beef!

He ought start with what is it ? Blow Fish or Puffer Fish done right mind you. then you have what 50/50 chance.
or just have the California Roll plain simple No raw fish.

yeah california roll is a safe bet for most people to try. folow that by shrimp tempura.

And dont let your first sushi experience be at like a chinese buffett. Thats very low quality stuff.
