Diets do work. Most people just half-*** it. I get down under 5% bf with "diets." I also put on muscle with "diets" too.

 

I wholeheartedly agree. Whether you are a believer or not, God has a purpose for you. I dated a girl in my early college years and I broke up with her because of distance. Eventually I wanted her back, to the point of me thinking she was the one and I had To have her. I even prayed really hard about it. Well, we started talking/dating/ again. Whatever you wanna call that. Anyway, she ended up pregnant... By another guy. Needless to say, we split ways. A few months later, I found my current girlfriend who is actually now my fiancé. We've dated very happily for 3.5 years and will be getting married soon. Keep you head up and eyes on The Lord. You will find something better.

 

There's no need to diet if you have self control, if you don't have that, the diet isn't going to do much for you anyway. raisejesus:
