Ours was mostly insurance covered, but it's really rare to have them cover at 100%.

We were lucky enough to qualify for some special programs that also picked up a large portion of the tab.

Without insurance, I think the ABR's were about $1500 ea and the hearing aids $2000 ea. If you really need to know, I can ask my wife as she handles the medical type bills in our family. Our total portion of everything was less than $1000.
