Handicapped parking and YOU

What I find funny about this topic is how easy it is for people that don't have legitimate medical reasons to get the placard. In FL. my mother had to jump through hoops to get her's and she only needs it because she can barely walk cause both of her knees have had surgery done on them twice. She simply can't walk and uses a cane everywhere but in the house. I almost blew a gasket when her doctor told her he wasn't going to approve a tag and she should just walk and get over it. Meanwhile specialists said that her knees, unless replaced, cannot sustain long durations of walking. After forcing her to get a different doctor who spoke with the specialists, he did some more research to help alleviate the problem while also granting her the placard until they can fix the situation.
So I don't say judge others, but there are times when you KNOW that that person is not handicapped in any capacity except when it comes to being a good person.

I just assume that the fat, lazy person that is using the spot has a mental or moral handicap.
Besides, it keeps the slovenly droves away from my space, the one at the farthest end of the parking lot.
