Honestly, I know doodly about Gibson. I am a fender Girl.

 

I don't play any instruments however I do want to learn to play the drums.

 

I vetoed Drums. Too loud.
Instead I bought a sack of drumsticks from Guitar Gallery.

I found a cherry red american strat I have my eye on, but at $969 its too high dollar after just blowing $1,400 on the Blackie.

 

that's waaay too much...they are much more cheaper up in huntsville

You can get a standard Strat for $299.
Americans and signatures are expensive. Better quality. a standard strat is just one step up from a squier.
The Ec Blackie listed for $1,899 but we got it on sale. Noiseless pickups. And beautiful.

 

i saw a stevie ray vaughn 1 for around 1800.....i also might wanna get a fender jag-stang, which was designed & played by the person in the center of my avatar
