I completely forgot about my Suzuki

Ooooh, the Chapperell sounds like a fun car to drive on that course!

 

Well guys.. It's official, I am the worst GT4 player ever... I used the Formula 1, the Suzuki, and the Chaparral, and I still lost.
How did you guys set up your cars? I can only get the Suzuki and the Formula up tp 207mph, and the Chaparral up to 212

 

make sure you are using the Chaparell Jet Car....its only a three speed, and you have to flatten out the gears all the way...it will take off really really slow, but then it will TAKE OFF!!!

WARNING!!! This car is very difficult to drive at high speeds!!!!!

 

I noticed that it takes off after a while, and that it is a bit difficult to control at top speed.
It's fun though, too bad you cant see it from the rear view Only allows inside view

BTW, How do I flatten out the speeds?

 

you know...the gear ratios.....make them as low as possible

 

Found the gear ratio stuff, but I already completed the race with my 80's Jaguar race car... it goes 126mph!

 

My 99 Honda Civic goes 126mph...... ... ......

lol.. you mentioned the Viper GTS... i have gotten mine to 275mph. with a little help from N20 though.

I won the Minolta...then put the stage 4 turbo on it, with nitrous and ran it to over 300mph

On GT4 the Suzuki Escudo isnt such an awesome car, not like GT3 where, with the stage 4 turbo, it made 1881 HP and could hit 300 mph.
I was looking forward to gettin it on GT4 with a stage 4 turbo and nitrous, but it only made 1200 some odd hp, so i was disappointed

Too bad my ps2 will only play CDs now, im getting the itch to play

yeah the minolta race car is probabaly the best race car in the game...besides the f1

 

I love the color of that car... and yes, it has been my weapon of choice in Races with race cars

 

I hit 305.54 mph to be exact. How many of you have crossed the 300 threshold? or do you all not actually care?

 

All you did was add the turbo?
Did you change anything else on your car... maybe lower it? or something else>?

 

300mph is cool and all but i like doing high speed runs in regular street cars not race cars.

using my viper as a draft mate i was able to get the 60's Dodge Charger 440 up to 240mph or somthing rediculous like that. on the le sarte straight.
