Oh, and my bad on the "just owning GT3 gets you $100K" thing. You do need to have the funds in GT3 for the transfer to work... But transferring also adds another advantage. If you have passed the license tests in GT3, it will transfer over so that the regular A and B licenses are already taken care of. You still have to get the I-A, I-B, and Super Licenses though.

This game is great... have been playing since Tuesday night... I have 16 cars in my Garage now

On the note of the Cobra R... I have raced it but haven't been able to buy/win it yet. :scratch: There are supposed to be like 600 cars or something available but I currently only have less than 300 available... guess I have to play more...

i just got into the game 2day.......i already have a 05 and a skyline......my 05 is screemin yeller with black wheels, 500 hp..........i already love this game.

 

how much is the 2000 R on the game? I wish they had fox mustang at a Used Ford Dealer on their. I like that tv, i play in sorround sound with stereo system using woofers/speakers

 

how did u get the Bullits? Aftermarket? Can someone get me pics of the 2000 R and how do u get the FORD GT with that white and stickered paint scheme?

 

I got the Torque Thrusts in the "GT Auto" section. Each of the rim types (racing, sport, dirt, and ice) have a "daily special" area. There I found the Torque Thrusts for my "racing tires", and I also found Magnum 500s for my "sport tires". They seem update every few days, so check them often! I'll snap a few pics of the Stang with the Magnums on it...

but hey, they're magnums. i love magnums. IMO, the best mustang wheels in history.

 

Won a Chevelle last night, and another Rally Car, and bought a Ford Gt.

Buying a 69 Camaro SS next time.

I can't race on a road course for crap!

 

Man . . .the 'Driving Missions' are tough after the first 10. Well at least they are for me. Starting ~19-30 seconds behind 5 other cars with three laps to win. I used to think I was at least a half-way decent driver, but I can't past 3rd . . . .


On a side note . . .my Aussie Falcon ran an 11.7 in the quarter mile . . . with a 50 shot of NOS (on top of my other modifications). . .

It's about 37k.

I have been so many little things so far, I havent really gotten in and start cups. It's the weekend, so i'm off to make some serious virtual bucks.

 

My playstation just died. Broken. But, 6 yrs old. Argh! No GT4. I don't have college funds to get a new PS2.

 

WooHoo! I just won the GT-350R in the Shelby "One-make Races"section. Pretty sweet. Already got another set of Torque Thrusts for it, and also found the Ford Magnum 500s for the 05. No more silly "SS's"

Note, the "Daily Special" rim selection changes every time you buy a set of rims from it.

Man, I hope there are more classic Stangs hidden throughout the game...
