Did anyone tried those really long races? Like 24-hours race. If you win you get $1,200,000 and McLaren F1 (that's what I heard).

Do you really have to drive real 24-hours?
If you are hardcore, why not.
When I get to it i'll use B-Spec mode 3x's, but even then it should take about 7 or so hours. Even that seems alot to me

Well, for the FWD comps in beginner hehe I used a tuned up Focus RS=total pwnage . Also I got my mustang up to 630 hp, and my Ford GT up to 780 hp, my god that things fast, took it around the test track, hit a nice 244 mph
Do you have problems with your Ford GT braking too slowly compared to similar cars? I tested it out and it takes about 100m to brake at about 125mph. Other car's can make it in about 3/4's that some even 1/2 that.
I tried everything and came up with the conclusion it is the way it was programmed. It's a bummer because you need to brake real early to make the twisties alright.
My Mustang GT Wins me everything though, even the supercar champs. It has over 1k miles now

Yeah, I have the brake problems too.

Also not you, but Brian has a Rice Wing how did ya know!

He took a perfectly purty yellow mustang and ruined it!

Now I guess I gotta break away from the sims and go play to show him how to race without a giant piece of plywood stuck to the trunk.

I have 3 Nissans 350z and all 3 of them have that rice wing (I didn't bought it, I got them with rice wing). But I don't mind that because those 3 Nissans are the fastest cars I have and I have around 60 cars (including GT, S7, 427 Cobra, Series 1 Cobra, Focus Rally, Corvette, Porsche ...). Now I'm saving money to buy that expensive Mazda ($3,500,000) because I need it to win that last race at Professional Events.

Did anyone pass final race at Professional Championchip? I have $4,500,000, 1100hp Toyota, but my only problem are tires. If you get tires with good handling - you have to change them often. If you get tires with bad handling - well, they handle bad.

I am not a ricer type of guy, but my Subaru WRX Sti can scream. The acceleration is crazy. Its quarter-mile time is faster than my Ford GT and Mustang GT. And it handles really well. My Fords just smoke them tires

PS: What percentage do you have done and how much money do you guys have. I have 750,000 and 25.9 percent done. Ooh and 55+ cars.

Amazing, I was able to pull my Ford GT in the 8's for the 400M run. How fast is that WRX? Took me a while to learn how to manipulate the accelerator with the little joystick. It'll do till I get my sister to buy me the wheel
So far I have about 13% (only play about 2hours a day) and am really broke lol. waste money as soon as I get it.

The WRX Sti pulls low 10s in the quater-mile, with the ratio set on 11 with good acceleration. No NOS!!! The car is a great racer_no wheelspin! My Ford GT has problems braking and steering, too. The Ford GT40 on gran turismo 4 handled and braked great. Some tuning might fix the problem. I have 28 percent done and -had- over 1,200,000+ credits but I went on a spending spree I have 2 Mustang GT's, one Mineral Grey and one Redfire. I also bought the Cobra R, but have not modified it. I have 66 cars currently. I recently won the Datsun 240ZG, which is one of my favorite cars. I hope to sell my Civic and get a Datsun 240 Z soon.

6 days until the 12 hours of Sebring: 9 days until my 18th birthday and 10 days until the NEW Mustang Cobra. Its an exciting month!

Hey RED STAR are you B-specing alot (I just created a new word )
How did you raise your money! All I have too beat is that GT World Cup race, but i haven't got a car to compete in there. I have almost finished all the Japanese and American events. All that is left are those Champ Races.

Easiest way to win money is under Special Condition Events, 2nd race. Win both races and you'll get Toyota Rally car. Sell it, its worth over $260,000. I have 59 cars in my garage and I used to have cars like Toyota GT-One ($4,500,000) and Mazda 787B ($3,500,000) but I sold both of them because I didn't like them. Now, I'm waiting for spring break to start 24-hours race and winner of that race get Formula. So far, I have completed 45% of the game. I'm waiting for Formula to complete last race at Professional Events, then I can go to Extreme Events.

Did anyone beat Gran Turismo World Championship (last race at Professional Events)? What car did you use?

I gotta catch up i've been slackin. I just bought a '02 Jaguar S-type R and put exhaust on it and it sounds like a mix between and F1 car and a honda civic with a 1/4in exhaust pipe.

I have to admit though, I have 3 '05 mustangs: 2 Sonic Blue and 1 screaming yellow. One of the Sonic Blues is for racing the other is just to look perty. I will have all colors in due time lol.
