Typical american media blowing everything out of proportion, just like they did recently with the "Rogue Orca" that "attacked it's trainer" causing a "frightening ordeal for everyone". Even though it was just misbehaving and the trainer didn't panic and wasn't hurt. The trainer was calm and the whale picked up on that and calmed down too. The audience thought it was part of the act for most of it. FEAR! TERROR! OMG NOTHING IS SAFE! GRR!!
Next thing you know they'll do a huge investigation on the Jolly Green Giant because some dumb 3 year old decides to stick a pea up their nose and it gets stuck. Lawsuits ensue.

lol, well, you know what I meant. Most people wouldn't think it's newsworthy let alone lawsuit and criminal investigation worthy. But if the media hypes it enough, that's where it ends up.
