You could save some big bucks and build one yourself like me.

Pick up a third-gen Trans Am or Formula for a couple grand and get the conversion done. It'll cost less in the long run.

Unfortunately nothing that would excite you, LOL. I just got my Formula recently and am still working on the mechanics of it, so it doesn't look much like KITT right now (other than it's black and has the cowl hood). I'm a member of the Knight Foundation which is a club of other people building KITT replicas; there are some pictures of our cars up on the site.

Sorry...I'm a Knight Rider fanatic.

i always loved that car. i grew up with that car being the hottest thing on wheels. i still love it.
my friend got himself a trans am and we joke around a lot about it being kitt, its always a good laugh and never gets old (yes yes, we're lame)

Not as lame as me...I used to do the same thing in high school, but all I had was a black Grand Prix.

I always wanted this in my car when I was growing up.
Extra bonus points for stating what K.I.T.T. stands for..
And it gets happy points with me cause there was a character named April on it.

I thought that car was the coolest, but then i was only 12 years old. They ecpect bidding to start at 35,000 I think they be lucky to get 30,000

Its cool that the "vooo vooo" sound is hooked up to speakers...

There is a site somewhere on the net where a guy built a KITT and a DMC Time Machine and both are street legal and all the gauges work. Gotta be cool to be that guy's kids.
