Always Wear Your Seatbelt!

If this doesn't convince you, nothing will.

Warning: Truly gruesome.

I saw the pictures of her mutilated body, made me decide to never get myself into a situation like that. Goriest thing I have ever seen.

That happened here in the metro Atlanta area a few years ago. The video keeps popping up around the internet. The driver had stolen the SUV and then attempted to run over a police officer in a parking lot. A chase started. It was followed and broadcast live by a local traffic copter. As you see, the driver lost control. I believe I have all the details correct. Neal Boortz talked about it for days on his syndicated radio show from Atlanta. He still mentions it from time to time.

I started wearing mine "Full Time" about 20 years ago after seeing a car comming towards me in the on comming lane lose it and flip in the median, the lady driving was ejected & slammed on the pavement, the car came to rest right in front of me. From that point on, I never drive wthout a seat belt.

It also helps if you don't run from the cops!

Why there are still people who drive without the seatbelt on is beyond my understanding... What more would it take to convince them?
