I was thinking that the truck was shaped like the owners wife.

 

First ep. seemed OK. The car that did the lap pretty much smashed the then-current leader. And SIARPC had another record set. The last segment felt a little too forced though.

 

Ah come on Lee!!! Adam is a Ford man! I think he's pretty funny!

Really I thought the last segment was hilarious. I thought it was great Clarkson humor.

Pagani Hauyra is amazing, I think its my favorite of all super priced super cars, my favorite supercar has to go to the Ford GT though.

 

Yeah, flaws and all I'd want the Ford too.

 

I thought it was a pretty good episode. I loved the rally with Bentley Continental and Jeremy's Peel P45.

 

I actually like the P45, for around town it would be kinda nifty.

 

If I were that driver I'd have punted May out the door before halfway down the course.

 

A small point I'm sure you'll all be REALLY interested in. Just after Jeremy filled up the P45 with petrol, the next shot was him driving past a red brick office.....that was the Guildford one way system (on the way to the A3, where the trucks scared him).......well, I used to work in that office

Interviews also lose some of the comedy since I never know who the heck they are talking about, or even too. The part near the end I was guessing must be the UK version of Shark Tank but they called them Dragons instead of Sharks. Have to look up what that show is called.

Its definitely can be difficult to follow some of the jokes and phrases, but I learn lots of British from them.

 

I still can't pronounce Jaguar correctly though. I don't think my American tongue can handle it.

 

How about aluminum? Or Z, as in Zed 0 six Corvette.
