Apparently Britain is to "sophisticated" to need a pick up truck. For some reason I don't seeing that being the reason.

Why would they need crappy trucks like the F-150 when they have amazing trucks like this one?

That has nothing to do with my previous comment in relation to Zoran's post.

Looks like a hot hatch with a pickup at the back.

Agreed on Leno. He was going to be my boring "Capatin Slow" type character

There is a hatchback version of the above car (Dacia Logan, which is available as sedan, pickup and van) called Dacia Sandero. And James May loves the Sandero.

Agreed. Rutledge is the only one that I can stand very much of, and he isn't great. The other two get on my last nerve and there is no chemistry whatsoever between the three. Everything is so forced and scripted, no spontaneity at all in their banter

I can't stand him. Never have liked him in anything I've seen him in.

Is that why they call them Lorries? Because they look like they're for girls?

Lorries aren't pickup trucks. Lorries are basically 18 wheelers but a little smaller I think.

So a Lorry is the size of a Super Duty and a pick up truck is the size of a shoe.

Got it
