lol, I mean the quality of the interior of the current WRX reminds me of a 90s Mustang (covered in hard plastic).

The WRX Concept is sharp! I've never owned an import, but I do like the WRX.

I agree the Concept is sharp but the production model is toned down quite a bit. Subaru is becoming notorious for making cars that look nothing like the concept.

Overall I still like the new WRX because it fixed my biggest gripes with the current model (crappy interior quality, stereo, low tech options, fuel economy)

If I can actually find one of these for a reasonable price I may be in the market for one this time next year.

From what I've read the estimated fuel economy hasn't improved all that much. Something like 18/26.

The current 5 speed is 18/25 the new 6 speed is 21/28 but for some strange reason the CVT gets much worse mileage in the city 17/28. I'm not interested in the CVT so it doesn't bother me. I know Ford has the Focus ST but I prefer the WRX any day

We are a Ford familly, my father is a retired Ford Employee with 31 years of service, but its hard to beat the WRX. My cousin is a Regional Sales Manager for Subaru, and that caused me to give the WRX a second look.

For under $30k, you get an AWD car, with close to 300hp. Its nearly as fast as my 08 GT. Plus, good in snow and with 4 doors, easy to throw the kids in the back.

I don't know about this new WRX, but the current model is built in the U.S.A.

Right now, I am torn if I want to drive a manual everyday. I drove a manual for years and I got tired of it. My 08 GT is a manual, but its a weekend car.

I would have to test drive one. Wish Ford would come out with a performance Fusion.

I'm kinda disappointed that it didn't look for like the concept but hey did improve it in pretty much every way. I'm glad I waited because I almost bought a 2012 wrx last spring. I think one of these would serve perfectly as my next daily driver

They did, the BRZ is a small two door coupe. I bet they make an STi version with the turbo 4, perhaps even the AWD system.

Most car companies can't support two coupes in the model lineup, especially a small one like Subaru... heck even Ford now has the Mustang as the only coupe in their lineup!
