I certainly hope so, because even this small glimpse looks several times better than the Genesis Coupe recently unveiled by Hyundai.

If you put a blue oval on the grill, it could be one of the kinetic designs from Europe.

Somewhat amusing that Hyundai has been talking up the Genesis and how great it is and then Kia comes along and drops a much better looking car down with almost no fanfare.

I'm still wondering if this is based on the Genesis platform. The car appears to be shorter than the Genesis coupe, but nothing I've seen thus far confirms the presence or absence of rwd. But I do agree, this is hugely better looking than the Genesis coupe and, IMO, would pose a far more serious threat to the 350Z ans base Mustang than the Hyundai does if it is indeed a rwd car and does make it to production.

It looks like the love child of the current Honda Civic coupe and the 2010 Camaro!

If they can pull this one off, this could be the car that puts Kia on the enthusiast map.

Some Acura RSX in that design, too - especially the rear three-quarter view.

Judging by the fact that Kia put carbon fiber in the wheels i estimate this car will go from 0-60 in about 2.4 seconds and top out at mach 2.
