I dont understand something. Please forgive me. But, how can anyone get excited about making mods to a GT mustang if they own a Ford GT. I own a 2003 SL500 and a GT Mustang just wouldn't do it for me.

I get excited about all cars and modifying them...thats what I do...and no offense because I like the SL500 I know several people that have one...but I prefer the Mustang....nicer looking (IMO), and gets more attention....almost every other car on the road here is an SL500

it does when mine is the only 2005 Mustang GT in a vons parking lot littered with SL500s (by the way of which the average owner doesnt even take care of and they look like crap), but I still like the SL, would really prefer the Brabus McClaren though...another friend of mine was looking at a silver one which he almost traded in his new S500 which he just purchased the week before....but he just dropped like 200,000 on a new lease for a shop hes opening up down here and thats just to start the process since he needs to renivate and all that (that price included initial start up not just lease, sorry)

But hey I am not trying to start a exquisite feeling release of liquid waste product contest....I dont care to get into one...nor do I presume that I would win...I just dont see why one cant get excited about a car just because it was only 25000 compared to a 100,000+ one. Are Enzo owners not allowed to get excited about anything then, or how does an F1 driver manage to get out of bed every morning if he has to deal with driving a normal street car?

hey mystic are you looking for a GT or a V6? I know someone selling a modded V6....god forbid anyone here want a GTO but JBA will soon be selling theirs that they took to SEMA....last I heard it was putting out 450 HP to the rear wheels.

I want a 67 Shelby GT 500. But I need a truck I am looking at the SRT-10 since who knows when it will be that we see the Lightning, but I might convince my girlfriend into letting me take her Magnum, problem with that is that I am going to want to really trick that one out, I mean complete overhauln'.

There are not too many cars that get me excited. Mostly the classics do though. When I got my SL, I thought, and still do, that if it wasn't for this car I wouldn't care if I was riding a bike. Now, I think the new Mustang is a winner all the way. No question about it. But, for me to get motivated to buy a new car it would have to be either a new Shelby GT500 or a Ford GT. That would excite me! Maybe it's old age.

Um, I have to say I don't think rrobello really has a Ford GT. For one thing, we'd all know about it, for another, the pictures were only at the dealer, and for another, he never came right out and said he did.



PS: I have a couple pictures of me riding in a prototype GT: even an in-car video of it running on track. Wonder how many people I could fool? But yeah, the acceleration is INCREDIBLE. I thought my dad's '03 Cobra was fast--hah.

yea, go w/ the srt-10 defenantly, rrobello...its a hot truck, w/ 500 hp, and a viper engiine...i'm not a dodge guy, but that is a hot truck!

The only think that I dont like about srt-10s is that they don't sound mean at all.To me they sound like a 4 banger.
