I would make sure I drove the G8,the Genesis and some others before I added this to my stable, in that price range there are plenty of good 4 door cars (maybe all not American).
Nope!! Want Muscle!!! and I want them ALL!!!!

Glad that you got the SRT-8, that's the only way I would go if I got a Charger.

Welcome to the Charger family! There's a R/T sitting next to my GT/CS. I LOVE the SRT8, but when we were in the market for one the SRT8 was full MSRP for one thing, and it doesn't have MDS. I love the exhaust note. Its so subtle, but the power surely makes up for it. Throw some suspension on that car and you've got one nasty beast.

08 SRT8 Challenger $67035.00

Yeah, since the 08 SRT8 Challenger I looked at tonight was going for $67,035.00

Thats an ADM of $25,000.
They have turned down offers of $15,000 over MSRP...

That's **** near enough to buy a new Mustang GT more than I paid for my 2008 GT500 ...

That is probably why they had 5 of them on the lot two 3.5 liter SE's, two R/T 5.7's all sitting outside in the rain and this SRT8 in the showroom next to a viper on sale for $92.000...

At least its American? Technically its German....

I love the Charger, you picked a good alternative there, especially with the growing fan.

However if I were getting an LX platform, it would be an SRT8 Magnum

Technically its American. Cerberus (that owns most of Chrysler) is US based.
Daimler owns only @ 20% of the company now.

That platform is 100% Daimler...

RIDICULOUS -- and you know what, they'll find some rich guy who will just flatbed this to his house and never drive it...... In the long run, IMO, the dealers are just hurting themselves to get their short-term sales......

I love the Chargers. I think they have a lot of presence, and though I have not driven one yet, I am sure that they would be fun to take for a spin.

My brother is an officer and right now he's driving the Charger RT. I've heard stories of the guys in the Crown Vics having a hard time keeping up with the Chargers whenever they are going on a call lol.
