I've seen 2 on the road, both yellow. The funny thing is I have not seen a new Mustang on the road yet! I guess I have to travel more.

The SSR is already doomed though. The problem is once dealers have to start discounting vehicles for 6-8K off sticker to move them why would anyone pay MSRP for the next model year? Common sense tells a large majority of buyers that they will be able to pick up the 05, with LS2, for the same discounts next year. The same goes for the GTO. Rebates that large don't help the next model year at all.

What they need to do is limit production to Prowler and Viper like status, not just for a few weeks, or lower the price to mid 30s and increase production even more. Based on the great reaction it got at the auto shows there is a market for people to pick this up as a hot rod, but not at it's current price.
