Falling . . . for . . . Corvette . . .

Unfortunately, it's not junk.
You just have to make a decision. It'll be about 15K more then a fully loaded GT ... so that may make a difference to you. But, their two different type of cars.
Just decide what you really want, and go with it. of course, I'd recommend a Mustang.

I'd probly go for one over a Mustang if they were the same price. The 'Stang and the 'Vette are in two different categories. Ya know, like I love the Mustang but when it comes to buying a car, you'd probly go with the better made. Just my 2 cents.

If I had the extra money and didn't need a back seat I would do it. The 2005 Mustang is a great car but you can get a Corvette now. No more waiting involved.
I almost wish at this point I had gotten my second choice, a RX8, instead of putting a deposit down on the Mustang.

Bruce Glueck Chevrolet in Jasper has 15 of them, up to $11K off! My wife (the traitor ) wants the Commemorative Edition.
Do you want to buy my wife's '02 GT vert?
Edited: they don't take trades.

Yeah, I'll let him explain. Anyway, I was working with a guy in Italy with a Z06 and he had modified it for racing in Germany and it did not handle like a boat, we were screaming down the Autostrada everyday after work in a way a Toyota can only dream about. It's a fine car for the money. The new stock vette is said to be better built and look better then the Z06. I'm biased towards Mustangs but I'm not unrealistic either.

The Mustang would be more practical than the Corvette in ANY scenario, whether it be straightline, handling, interior, being small, being larger, being more connected to the road, being easier to drive, better offroad etc...
