As far as modding, it's like the old expression - "You can't polish a turd."
i have been searching for a second generation integra sedan for a long time.

yeah i'll do a few things to it. i just cant leave any car alone. and i just think its a very nice looking car. its no turd to me

Or, to stray further afield, the early Capri, which was basically a 3/4 scale European version of the Mustang concept. I had a '73 2600 V6 waaay back in the day, a sweet little car actually with a melodious 2.6L V6.

people who buy camrys/accords/civics don't care about cars. they don't care about speed or style. everybody that owns and drives these cars aren't gear heads. they just buy what's popular at the time. i bet when they were younger they all drove ford/gm for their first cars being as that what what was popular at the time.

well IMHO the hype for these cars was all do to good marketing and people who really dont mind spending $120 for an oil change *exaggerated* (people who dont know a dip-stick from a lug nut) i mean that we are enthusiest who love power, speed, and just a drop dead gorgeous looks in a car. and they have just as many problems as any other company, but they arent made public. so really they are no better and it was already said that tuarus, many of them have made it well over 300k miles so there really is no big issues except preference. i am personaly all american buyer, but to each is there own i guess
