OK this is an awesome vid
Jeremy runs a diesel Jag on the Nurburg ring. Tries to do it in under 10 mins.
The track is 13 miles long and 147 turns. This vid had me up and cheering!

I doubt he would have been as quick as the girl......... what was it she said, she had done the track 15000 times? She should know every stone on the track, let alone every corner!

 

I read a story that a man in a Porsche 911 came up to this one girl in the pits to ask if she wanted a ride around the track.

He crashed and died.

GM spent built a few test track here to mimic the Ring becuase it was costing so much money to send people over and test cars. The new Corvette, Sigma Cadillacs, and the XLR were tracked at the Ring. Car & Driver article recently had a Corvette vs. 911 comparison on GM's new test track.
