(Unofficial) TMS MEET IN ATLANTIC CITY
I'd like to make it as convenient as possible for the NYC area folks too. Who do we have going from there? Once we know who's coming from there we can plan accordingly for them.
Ron (94tbird), yeah I think it'd probably be easiest for you to just drive to my house and we head out from there to the meet point.
Torrence, there's lots of good breakfast places in my area. Good suggestion about the folks coming from NYC. No reason they should have to drive north to Bergen county just to drive south. I'm thinking we could meet at a diner on one of the major highways. The Tick Tock Diner on Rt.3 West in Clifton is easy to get to and close to the GSP entrance. Of course, open to suggestions.
Ron (hispony), Thanks for suggestion. I was thinking of a rest stop but couldn't remember which one it was; that was the one. I think it is the Cheesequake rest stop?
Perhaps anyone that doesn't want to meet earlier for breakfast could go to the rest stop hispony suggested and we'll hook up there?
Jason, hope you can make it.

Hey Mike, Torrence I asked and should be able to have off unless a couple of extra flights come in late but I wont know until Fri @ around 5pm when I get my schedule. I'm down to meet wherever just give me an address and I'll mapquest it. If all else fails I could meet you guys for breakfast and we could caravan to the next meeting spot.
Cool Jason. Hopefully you can make it. EDIT: Jason I just re-read your post. Forgot to answer about the other meeting place. For anyone not meeting up for breakfast, we'll be meeting afterwards at the Cheesequake rest stop on the GSP. It's at exit 123 in Raritan, just after the Raritan Bay Bridge.
For breakfast, we're meeting at Tick-Tock Diner on Rt. 3 West. Here's the mapquest link. I mapped it out from Staten Island; Jason, should only take you about 30 min. IGNORE step# 10 and down. The diner sits parallel between Rt3 and Allwood Rd so they were given the Allwood address. Just stay on Rt3 West; you can enter their parking lot from the highway. Those travelling to the diner via GSP. Exit 153 for Rt 3 East. You'll see the diner on your left across the highway. I think the u-turn is at Passaic St.

cool....just checking!
Oh....by the way.....you guys can purchase your tickets in advance on the website. ACCLASSICCARS.COM. you can print out the tickets as well.
[/b][/quote]
This is the way to go. I know in the morning there is a line to buy tickets that you don't want to get stuck on.
You buy your tickets at ground level and then go up to a small flea market outside the main floor.
You need your ticket to get into the main swap meet / auto auction.
I'm on my way out. If i miss you guys have fun ! !
