Midwest TMS'ers General Communication Thread
Don't know if its an extension of the New Madrid fault or not... but the midwest has potential for some big shakes.

Can't remember what year exactly but I know it was between 1980 and 1985 that we had a pretty good shake here in Ohio. I think it was like a 5.0-5.4 or something. To lazy to look it up but I was painting a wall in the house when everything rattled for like 10 seconds. No big deal but I remember asking my wife what the hell she was doing?? She always gets the blame!!

My plate is ready too........ the one I ordered last March. Now I'm half tempted to keep the Mach, or else I'll have two cars with plates that don't match LOL.

Got the plates. DMV closes doors at 4:45 and I got there at 4:42. :whew: Sped the whole way there.
Put the front one on real easy, but I've got the rear camera frame on the back plate and its got security bolts and I even drilled a small whole in the top edge of the old plate to get camera wire through. So its gonna take longer than I wanted to. I've got to undo the spliced wire inside the rear panel in the trunk first.

Never felt an earthquake in my life.
shore did good stuff
I felt it too, it woke me up. I thought a snow plow had hit the attached unit next to me or something like that, or possibly a really big gust of wind like a microburst. I walked around the house a little bit, turned on a few lights to look around, was confused as hell until I got online with my phone and found the news article about it.
