Still waiting on the covers from Darrel. Not in a rush. Still need to pull mine off too. Too cold out. I think I might trim my shaker shroud when I do that, too. I did send the guy money to buy Darrel's requested color though so he owes me $25

I post a lot more on another (non mustang) forum than I do here.

I can bring over 1 set of Valve Covers now but the 2nd set still could be a while away. I'm working to much at work to mess with takin them off anytime soon.
Let me know what I owe you for 1 set now and we will see about the 2nd set later.
I'm gonna get the Cervinis cowl and put the same 10" stripes on it. I've checked and they will fit. I like the Steeda/Kaenan hood alot, but my stripes won't work, so I'm stuck with the Cevini to keep my stripes as is. Which is fine because I love that hood too.
I can't imagine my car without the stripes or even in a different pattern now. They will be a permanent fixture. If they fade a get messed up, I'll just keep replacing them till someone can figure out a way to make them permanent with paint.

It wouldn't. Though I wish it would. Thought of a super stripe but its just not the same. It'll look good though. The Steeda does look good without stripes, but the Cervini looks awesome with stripes. And those long black stripes rising on that long cowl hood is gonna absolutely sick! Just gotta save up some scratch for it.
Trunk release button, and setting up the fogs/driving lights to stay on with the brights.
I've still got other plans, the shifter is just the start of it.
18x10's with drag radials, upper control arm and mounting bracket, driveshaft loop, and Pypes over axle pipes to make my axle back a cat back are definitely in my plans. I'm also considering lowering an inch, would use Steeda Sport springs and Tokico Dspecs for that. I also still have the sender units sitting here for my a-pillar gauges, need to get them in and get the gauges wired up.

As for me, I'm hoping to get the Short-Throw in this spring and the rest of the coin I have will be going towards saving for the supercharger.
How'd ya miss it, lol.
Ya, start Monday! Was a nice 4 months off, just wish it would have been in the summer.
Mechanical coordinator level 1.
A group of 40 years old buddies discuss and discuss where they should meet
for dinner.
Finally it is agreed upon that they should meet at the Gausthof zum Lowen
restaurant because the waitress's there have low cut blouses and nice
breasts.
10 years later, at 50 years of age, the group meets again and once again
they discuss and discuss where they should meet. Finally it is agreed upon
that they should meet at the Gausthof zum Lowen because the food there is
very good and the wine selection is good also.

discuss and discuss where they should meet. Finally it is agreed upon that
they should meet at the Gausthof zum Lowen because they can eat there in
peace and quiet and the restaurant is smoke free.

Karen and I got a real reality check last night. Our shop has been doing alot of work to help a company we do tons of work with restore a B17 bomber. There are like 6-7 flying in the world today. Myself and one of our CAD engineers has been very involved for about 3-4 years. They had a dinner last night for all of the volunteers and we were invited. They had 3 old guys that flew in the B17's almost 70 years ago. It really was an awesome event and quite an eye opener. We are at the brink of losing the last of these guys. They are pushing 90 now. Their stories had us riveted in our seats. We felt very humbled.

Check it out. target it to be flying in 5-7 years.

B-17 was my absolute favorite WWII plane. Built several models of them as a kid. Large scale models too. Had one that was almost 30" across hanging in the ceiling of my room. Also had teh B-36. B-29. B-52. B-1B.
Those guys are so amazing. All those missions to make it back. Flying into certain death over Germany time after time.

They also have a flying B24, B25 that was a forestfire water dropper up in Canada and a DC3. They have a museum of old planes. Some are very rare.
